LT is doing great too! Sometimes too great for his own good! He now has a big pen that he has to spend a lot of the day in - he's just too much rooster all day long - he runs the hens around a LOT and also has the bad habit of really abusing his father, Talkie, the older rooster. Then he sits in wait by the hen house at night and disrupts the evening roosting routine for the hens.
But the fun part is that although he does the super rooster thing - he is just as tame and likes to be around people as much as ever. He loves to have people hold him and pet him and take their pictures with him. He's a real gentleman around people and kids. And he's still a big hit at the feed store as well. Customer's can't believe such a big rooster is so gentle. He will just sit indefinitely and eat whatever gets put in front of him!! Oh yes and one other thing - he has a group of his own hens that follow him around - they know how to get in and out of the pen under the wire (where he can't fit) so they come and go as they please. He's not alone in there much of the day.
